Ingredients
- Oatmeal
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- Teddy brand or other healthy peanut butter
- Flax seeds
- Chia seeds
Instructions
Mash the banana

Add oatmeal, mix

Add egg and mix ingredients together

Follow with the peanut butter, flax and chia seeds.
Mix everything together until its evenly throughout, cook and enjoy.
