Enjoy these gluten-free, fiber-packed banana oatmeal pancakes for your next breakfast. 
Ingredients
 
  • Oatmeal 
  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg 
  • Teddy brand or other healthy peanut butter
  • Flax seeds
  • Chia seeds
Instructions
Mash the banana
 
smash banana
 
 
Add oatmeal, mix
 
steel cut oatmeal
 
Add egg and mix ingredients together
 
mix egg
 
Follow with the peanut butter, flax and chia seeds.
 
Mix everything together until its evenly throughout, cook and enjoy.
